So I've decided to start with this actor because i know more about him than most others. yes ill admit i had a slight obsession with this actor. but i mean just look at him and that explains allot but that isn't even as deep as it goes. besides being hunkalicious this TVs Supernatural star is smart kind and just plain amazing. Jared was born July 19Th, 1982 in San Antonio, Texas. when he was 12 Jared began taking acting classes "my drama coach gave a lot of self confidence when i wasn't sure of myself," he has said of his coach. in 1998 Jared and classmate Chris Cardeans together won the National Forensics League National Championship in duo presentation. which means he is really smart i mean really how awesome is that. i mean have you tried forensics? that is some hard stuff, especially to win a national championship i mean come on that is some serious skills. now to get back on subject in 1999 he won the FOX "claim to fame" contest which included carrying the trophies onstage and escorting celebrities off, a dream come true for many teens, simply a stepping stone for the beginning of his career. it was there that the manager of Hollywood hunk Freddie prince Jr.'s manager first saw Jared and immediately signed him on. which really is a lucky break i mean really. after graduating in 2000 Jared had planned on going to college at the University of Texas but changed his mind when he got the role of Dean Forester on the hit TV show Gilmore Girlsfor which he moved to LA. Later he was considered for the role of Clark Kent (*sigh* amazing) on the relaunch of the Superman film franchise. at one point he starred in the Mary-Kate and Ashley film A New York Minute as Trey Lipton, this was first of his many big screen films. he once starred on ER as a car accident victim, and spent two months in Australia filming the made for TV movie Ring of Endless Light. he starred a minor role in the film Flight of the Phoenix. other films he starred in with larger roles are Cry Wolf where he starred as Tom (absolutely love it. it even has Jon bon jovi in it!! *squeal*) Christmas Cottage where he played as Thomas Kinkade, and one of my personal favorites House of Wax where he plays his cute role of Wade, (btw that movie would've been much more enjoyable if Paris Hilton wasn't in it.. just saying). i love that movie, also starring in it is Chad Michael Murray, Elisha Cuthbert, Jon Abrahams, and i think Brian Van Holt as Bo/Vincent was amazing and he's quite handsome, just saying.. anyways back to Jared. in 2005 he joined the SciFi thriller series Supernatural *swoon* in which he plays Sam Winchester the youngest Winchester brother who fights alongside his older brother Dean Winchester (he gets confused on set sometimes because his old characters name was dean) against the supernatural beings from myths and legends, saving mankind, (that's my favorite TV show if you cant tell) a few years later he was approached for the role of Captain Duke Hauser in the film G.I. Joe: Rise of the Cobra, which he had to turn down due to his supernatural commitments(sad day i would actually watch that movie if he was in it). On December 2nd 2006 Jared won the Celebrity Poker Tournament, his prizes were a Giantto watch and entry into 2007's world series poker tournament. in an interview Jared was asked what he would be doing if he hadn't made it as an actor and he said he would be a teacher. (can you imagine having him as a teacher? yeah that would make it impossible for students to not try for a student to try for a student/teacher relationship i mean really). in 2003 Jared was listed as one of the "hottest guys on TV", he was also number 37 on TV Guides "50 Sexiest Men list" and was also one of People Magazine's "Sexiest Men Alive" for 2007 and they also voted him and his TV brother Jensen Ackles as the "Sexiest Ghost busters". that's alot of hotness if you ask me, and he deserves every one of those name or titles, whatever works for you. now to finish id like to share one of my favorite quotes of his because it is so true, he said "I've found you can be a 'successful actor' if you can book two jobs out of a hundred auditions". pure wisdom ha ha. well i could go on a lot longer about this amazingly smart handsome and awesome man. but i should probably stop here. at least for now :) thanks for reading.
